We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Manager to oversee daily operations at Casselwood Pub in Canada. This role is vital in ensuring exceptional customer experiences and maintaining our high standards of service and quality. Responsibilities

- Manage daily restaurant / Pub operations to ensure smooth service.

- Lead and motivate staff to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

- Oversee food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards.

- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

- Coordinate delivery services and manage logistics.

- Monitor financial performance including cash handling procedures.

- Implement training programs for staff development.

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.





- Qualifications :

- Proven experience in hospitality management or similar role.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.

- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately.

- Knowledge of restaurant operations and safety standards.

- Preferred experience with delivery logistics.

- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

- Flexibility to adapt to evolving business needs.

- Fully qualified to bartend and serve.
