Parts Technician Roles & Responsibilities

- Assisting with maintaining parts room
- Assist with shipping when required
- Updating invoices and internal repair orders
- Organizing pick-up and delivery of parts locally to customers and from suppliers
- Delivery of parts to local customers
- Follow up on PO's and Customer Orders
- Assist with back counter parts when required
- Participate in Safety
- Has a minimum of 2 years’ experience in Parts Department Operations
- Consistently demonstrates exceptional customer service
- Has excellent team ideology, with a robust emphasis on supportive culture
- Has excellent communication skills,



is highly organized and can manage paperwork efficiently
- Is independent and resourceful; has the ability to work under mínimal supervision
- Is proficient with computers and supporting programs, e.g. Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.
- Has knowledge of mechanical parts, catalogs, distributors and dealers
- Has knowledge of inventory control and warehousing practices.
- Active safety culture participation and involvement
- Has a clean driving record and a valid Alberta class 5 drivers license
- High School or GED equivalent
- The ability to stay organized and multi-task in a fast paced challenging environment

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $45,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
