- Provide exceptional customer service by responding in a timely manner to customer requests.
- Maintain relationships with existing and new customers.
- Prepare quotes, sales orders, returns, and follow up with customers.
- Use various tools and online supplier sites to identify parts to full fill customer requests.
- Coordinate with other departments (as needed) to ensure the process is met.
- Track shipment(s) for customers.





Qualifications/Skills :

- Must have positive attitude with ability to take ownership of responsibilities.
- Work well as part of a team and contribute to overall team success.
- Ability to also work independently with confidence.
- Must have a high level of commitment to customer service.
- Attention to detail is key.
- Organization and time management skills would be a strong asset.
- Strong computer skill is required since this job is primarily online focused.
- HVAC knowledge is considered an asset but not required.
- Self-starter with strong focus on completing tasks to the end in a timely fashion.
