We’re looking for a creative, motivated Sales Associate to join our team for the Summer 2026 season . This is a hands-on, in-store role that blends social media, customer experience, and daily retail operations in a stunning Muskoka setting.

This position is especially well-suited for students or early-career creatives looking to gain real-world experience and build skills they’ll use in future roles across retail, marketing, and brand management.

Location & Schedule

Location : 84 Joseph St, Port Carling, ON P0B 1J0

Seasonal Full-Time : May 2026 - September 2026

Hours : 25-40 hours per week

Hourly Wage : $18-$20

Schedule : Weekdays and weekends required

Training will take place in Toronto in May 2026 , followed by the summer season in Muskoka.

Key Responsibilities

- Create and manage social media content (primarily Instagram & TikTok)
- Support brand presence through visual storytelling and online engagement
- Deliver elevated, thoughtful customer service
- Assist with sales and daily store operations
- Maintain store cleanliness,



organization, and visual standards
- Inventory management and restocking
- Assist with floral arrangements (no prior floral experience required)

What We’re Looking For

- Tech-savvy with a strong interest in social media and content creation
- Creative, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Willing to learn and comfortable in a fast-paced workplace
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Preferred : Familiarity with Shopify (product management, orders, or basic backend navigation)
- Preferred : 1+ year of sales and/or customer service experience
- Able to train in Toronto in May and work in Muskoka for the summer
