Responsible for providing fast, friendly service to fans at concession stands. Duties include preparing and serving food and beverages, operating cash registers in POS systems, Hanley payments, maintaining cleanliness and food, safety standards, and restocking supplies must work efficiently in a fast pace environment, follow health regulations, and deliver excellent customer service at all times evening weekends and event base shifts required.

Key responsibilities.

Preparing serve a variety of concession items hotdog's burgers, fries, and beverages following established procedures.

Operate, cash registers of POS assistance, accurately handle, cash debit and credit transactions. Provide excellent customer service for greeting guests, answering questions and resolving issues professionally. Maintaining clans and organization of concession sand, including counters, equipment, and food prep areas. Follow all food, safety, and sanitation guidelines, including proper food, handling storage and temperature control. Restock food, beverages,



and supplies before during and after events assist with opening and closing duties and including set up breakdown and cleaning. Work as work is part of a team to ensure smooth and efficient service during high demand periods. Adhere to all company, policies, health regulations, and safety standards.

Qualifications.

Previous food service or customer service experience is an asset but not required. Robust communication and interpersonal skills. Ability work in a fast paced high-pressure environment. Basic mass skills and ability to handle cash transactions accurately. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds ability, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
