On Side Restoration is seeking an experienced Lead Remediation Technician to guide the team through asbestos and mold projects, coordinating with Project Managers, Adjusters and trades. You will lead on-site, ensure safety, and drive effective remediation from start to finish.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in remediation, basic carpentry, strong communication skills, and a team-oriented, customer-focused approach. On-call scheduling and 24/7 coverage are part of the role.
