Vancity, a member-owned credit union on Vancouver Island, seeks a Mortgage Development Manager to grow new mortgage business and redefine wealth for members. This full-time, permanent role reports to the Senior Manager, Member Advisory Services and requires an established book of business and a solid referral network.

You will work with branches and external partners to coordinate referrals, meet clients across the lower mainland, and maintain service standards.
