software quality, testing, and automation; Participate in the planning of the work, anticipate risks and obstacles, and propose appropriate solutions; Provide support for releases, application stability and complex incident resolution. The profile we are looking for is as follows:* Significant experience in application development, covering the analysis, design, development and delivery of solutions in a structured environment; Strong knowledge of mainframe development, particularly with Cobol; Experience with central office tools and practices, including Endevor, Zeke, and execution log analysis; Good understanding of the business processes of the insurance sector and ability to translate needs into technological solutions; Experience with Agile and DevOps practices, including automation, frequent deployments, and support for production applications; Technical leadership, autonomy and ability to lead several files simultaneously; Excellent communication skills and solid ability to collaborate with business and technical stakeholders;* Knowledge of Natural and Assembler, an asset.Apply J-18808-Ljbffr
