Elevate your career with InvestX as the Director of Institutional Investor Relations. This role focuses on securing capital commitments from institutional investors across Canada.

As a critical senior contributor, you will develop and execute strategies to raise capital for InvestX’s private market funds. Collaborate with senior leadership while building a robust network of institutional allocators, including pension plans and university endowments.

This position requires both leadership in investor communications and the ability to navigate complex fundraising cycles.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a Canadian fundraising strategy
- Establish long-term investor relationships to align with objectives
- Manage RFPs, RFIs, and due diligence questionnaires




- Present portfolio performance, market insights, and opportunities
- Represent InvestX at conferences and events

Requirements:

- 7–10+ years in institutional capital raising or investor relations
- Proven track record with Canadian institutional allocators
- Solid relationship management and presentation skills
- Knowledge of private market fund structures and investor requirements
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally
