Job Overview

Responsibilities

- Operate and monitor brewing equipment throughout the production process, ensuring consistency and product quality on a manual brewing system.
- Use experience and creativity to craft seasonal releases
- Assist with ingredient handling, mixing, fermentation, and packaging. Responsible for the beer from grain to can.
- Support warehouse operations including inventory management and material handling, utilizing forklift skills when necessary
- Document batch records accurately and maintain detailed logs of production activities
- Participate in cleaning schedules and sanitation procedures to uphold cleanliness standards

Experience

- Prior experience in brewing or craft beer production is required




- Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively
- Warehouse experience including forklift operation is a plus
- Familiarity with packaging processes within a food or beverage manufacturing setting
- Solid understanding of sanitation protocols specific to brewing
- Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with attention to detail and adherence to safety guidelines

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
