Amico seeks a knowledgeable Project Manager to oversee various ICI construction projects. This role requires expertise built over 10-15 years, specifically within Healthcare and Long-Term Care Facilities. You will engage in all project activities, from procurement to final execution, ensuring compliance with Amico’s health and safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead work activities on assigned ICI projects - Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations - Manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies - Supervise subcontractors and project teams effectively - Coordinate job site activities with Site Superintendents
Requirements: - 10-15 years of Project Management experience - Expertise in Healthcare and Long-Term Care Facilities - Post-secondary education in Engineering/Construction Management - PMP certification considered an asset - Valid G Class driver's license required
