Responsibilities

- Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials or equipment as directed
- Perform general site cleanup and maintenance to ensure safety and cleanliness
- Support skilled tradespeople with basic tasks and tool handling
- Operate manual or powered equipment safely when trained and authorized
- Follow safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents or injuries
- Help with inventory management by organizing supplies and materials
- Participate in team efforts to complete projects efficiently and effectively

Qualifications

- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Strong work ethic with reliability and punctuality
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately




- Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team
- Prior experience in construction, manufacturing, or similar environments is advantageous but not mandatory
- Must be able to pass any required background checks or drug screenings as applicable
