The Labourers are responsible for ensuring secure, reliable operation of our client’s distribution terminal. This includes loading and unloading railcars and trucks, as well as assisting Loadout Operators with duties as needed. Training will be provided.
- Inspect Equipment and report any abnormalities daily
- Clean and maintain facility daily
- Load and unload railcars and trucks
- Assist Loadout Operators with duties as needed
- Physically active duties
- Participation in safety activities and following standard safety procedures.
Job Requirements :
- Must be clean shaven for respirator use
- Valid driver’s license required
- Physically fit and capable of completing tasks such as repetitively lifting 40lbs
- 1-3 years of experience in an industrial setting or railway operation an asset
- Ability to complete computer-based training
- CSA approved steel toed boots
