Flynn Bros. Projects Inc. is seeking a reliable and hard-working Construction Labourer to join our team for project work near Regina, Saskatchewan.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials, tools, and equipment on site.
- Prepare and maintain work areas by cleaning, organizing, and staging materials.
- Support skilled tradespeople with construction, repair, installation, and site-related tasks.
- Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely and properly.
- Perform physical labour, including lifting, digging, carrying materials, and general site cleanup.
- Follow site safety requirements, company procedures, and direction from supervisors.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and protected work environment.
- Work as part of a team to help meet project schedules and quality expectations.




- Complete other general labour tasks as required.

Requirements :

- Previous construction or general labour experience is an asset, but not required.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and willing to work as part of a team.
- Must be comfortable performing physically demanding work in various weather conditions.
- Strong focus on safety and following instructions.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to use basic hand tools and power tools is an asset.
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation are preferred, as the project is located near Regina.
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.

Pay: $18.00-$30.00 per hour
