This role leads competitive sourcing events, supplier selection, commercial negotiations, and contract administration activities aligned to project scope, schedule, and commercial objectives. The position works closely with Project Management, Engineering, Legal, Finance, and Supply Chain stakeholders to manage commercial and supply chain risk. Strong preference is given to candidates with EPC/EPCM, construction, midstream, pipeline, or broader energy industry experience.

Must Haves

- 10+ years in sourcing , procurement , contract management, or supply chain roles supporting capital projects
- Hands-on leadership of competitive sourcing events , commercial negotiations, and supplier evaluations
- Robust experience with contract lifecycle management , change management , and claims management
- Background supporting EPC/EPCM , construction, midstream, pipeline, or broader energy sector projects
- Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field

Nice to Have

- SCMP or equivalent professional designation
- Oracle ERP or similar procurement system experience
- Experience with equipment, services, or material supply agreements
- Experience with sourcing methodologies, commercial evaluation, and supplier qualification processes





Responsibilities

- Lead sourcing and procurement activities for major capital projects
- Develop sourcing strategies and execute competitive sourcing events
- Manage supplier selection, commercial negotiations, and contract award activities
- Administer contracts and purchase orders through amendments, claims, renewals, and closeout
- Provide commercial guidance on sourcing strategies, supplier selection, and contract structures
- Monitor supplier performance, contract compliance, and commercial obligations
- Identify and mitigate commercial, contractual, supplier, and supply chain risks
