Required Qualifications
- 1. Recognized relevant four-year degree (Bachelor of Education, Bachelor of Child and Youth Studies, Bachelor’s in Child Development).
2. Two years’ recent and relevant experience working in an Early Learning and Childcare Education setting as an Early Childhood Educator/Teacher/ECE Instructor.
3. Knowledge of provincial regulations and ministry requirements related to early childhood education
4. Ability to create and manage budgets.- 5. Knowledge of human resources practices.- 6. Effective interpersonal skills.- 7. Effective communication skills (both oral and written).- 8. Effective instructional ability.-
