Junior Aesthetician & Aesthetic Concierge

Persis Skin Care is a boutique luxury medical aesthetics clinic dedicated to refined, natural results and an exceptional patient experience. We are seeking a Junior Aesthetician & Aesthetic Concierge who is passionate about skincare, beauty, and delivering white-glove service in an upscale workplace.

This role is ideal for a newly licensed or early-career aesthetician who thrives in a polished, patient-centered setting and is eager to grow within medical aesthetics.

Responsibilities

Luxury Aesthetic Support

- Assist with and perform select non-invasive aesthetic treatments.
- Prepare treatment rooms to luxury spa and medical-grade standards
- Educate patients on customized skincare routines and post-treatment care
- Support providers during aesthetic consultations and procedures

Concierge & Guest Experience

- Deliver a warm, polished, and professional first impression for every patient
- Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and personalized follow-ups
- Guide patients through services, treatment plans,



and premium skincare offerings
- Support retail skincare sales with thoughtful, education-based recommendations
- Maintain immaculate front desk and treatment area presentation

Qualifications

- Valid Aesthetician license (new graduates encouraged to apply)
- Passion for luxury skincare, aesthetics, and patient experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Professional appearance and refined bedside manner
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Medical spa or high-end customer service experience preferred
