Responsibilities

- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Demonstrate product features and provide knowledgeable advice.
- Manage transactions accurately using POS systems.
- Maintain organized merchandise displays to enhance the shopping experience.
- Ensure confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive products.




- Upsell products to meet customer needs and increase sales.
- Keep the store clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly.
- Prep online orders accurately.

Qualifications

- Experience in retail sales or customer service.
- Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
- Solid organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Friendly demeanor with a professional attitude.
- Knowledge of POS systems is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Discretion and respect for customer privacy are essential.
