Old Navy is seeking an Assistant Manager to set the tone in-store and lead a team to deliver a best-in-class customer experience. You will drive profitable sales growth by overseeing customer and product operations, merchandising, and talent development.

Work closely with leadership to coach and develop Leads, Experts and Brand Associates to achieve performance goals. You will recruit and train staff, own key areas, and ensure consistent execution of store standards.
