Responsibilities

- Engage in outside sales activities to identify and pursue recent business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through exceptional customer service
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals effectively, ensuring mutual satisfaction
- Manage existing accounts to foster loyalty and maximize revenue potential
- Develop strategic marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and market penetration
- Conduct thorough analysis of sales data using tools like Salesforce to inform decision-making
- Collaborate with internal teams on technical sales solutions tailored to client needs
- Assist in expanding the company's presence in B2B markets through targeted outreach
- Support the business development team in creating proposals, presentations, and sales strategies
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and product offerings

Experience

- Proven experience in outside sales, business development, or account management roles




- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully
- Familiarity with B2B sales processes and marketing strategies
- Experience with technology or technical sales is preferred
- Proficiency in analysis skills for interpreting sales metrics and market data
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is highly desirable
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Demonstrated ability to develop new client relationships while maintaining existing accounts
