Requirements :

- Valid Ontario driver's License

Responsibilities

- Engage with potential customers through outside sales efforts and build lasting relationships
- Manage the entire sales pipeline from lead generation to closing deals
- Demonstrate vehicles and explain features to prospective buyers effectively
- Upsell additional products such as warranties, service packages, and accessories
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of current inventory, market trends, and competitor offerings
- Support dealership marketing campaigns by participating in promotional events and outreach programs
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with sales support teams and management to meet or exceed sales targets
- Maintain organized records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities

Skills

- Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or dealership environments with a focus on high-end vehicles




- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual proficiency in French is a plus
- Ability to develop and manage a robust sales pipeline for consistent lead conversion
- Strong organizational skills for managing multiple clients and follow-ups efficiently
- Knowledge of marketing principles relevant to automotive sales campaigns
- Exceptional customer service skills with skilled phone etiquette
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with sales management tools and CRM software is preferred

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
