MLV Media is a Fiverr Pro video content business run by Marshall Lee — a professional spokesperson and UGC creator with over 1,000 projects delivered to clients in 50+ countries. Services include UGC ads, spokesperson videos, video sales letters (VSLs), TikTok and Instagram Reels, and branded content for businesses worldwide.

On a full production week, Marshall films 5 to 8 videos per day. The business generates consistent inbound demand through organic Fiverr ranking and paid ads.

Marshall is the talent and the visionary. This role exists so he can stay on camera and out of the inbox.

You own the revenue pipeline and the daily filming schedule.

Every inbound lead gets a quick, qualified response — from you, not Marshall. Every filming day is organized the night before so Marshall walks in, performs, and never makes a single logistics decision.

This is a high-accountability position that rewards speed, precision, and ownership.

───────────────────────────────────────────────────────────WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

Sales & Lead Management

- Respond to every inbound lead within minutes — days, evenings, and weekends
- Qualify quickly: get word count and budget as fast as possible




- Create and send offers using Marshall's pricing logic
- Handle straightforward bookings independently; flag complex or high-value projects
- Re-engage 2,000+ past clients through a systematic outreach process

Production Scheduling

- Build the next day's filming schedule each evening
- Attach scripts, flag setup notes, and ensure everything is ready before the camera rolls
- Coordinate day-of logistics with the operations support person

Pipeline & Delivery

- Track all active orders and follow up where needed
- Message clients immediately after delivery to confirm satisfaction
- Coordinate revisions and final delivery with the video editor
- Actively chase five-star reviews and private Fiverr reviews — these directly impact ranking and revenue

WHO YOU ARE

- Background in client-facing operations at a talent agency, production company, or similar
- Experienced selling services over text and chat — fast, direct, no fluff
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently across time zones
- Detail-oriented enough to juggle a live sales pipeline and a daily production calendar
- Bonus: Some experience behind a camera — framing, lighting, or content production

Pay: $36,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
