Envision Property Management Ltd. is a growing property management company committed to providing professional and reliable management services to condominium corporations and residential properties throughout Calgary and surrounding areas. We are seeking an experienced and organized senior property administrator to join our team.

Position Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Provide administrative support to property managers and condominium boards
- Prepare and distribute board meeting packages, agendas, minutes, and correspondence
- Coordinate maintenance requests, work orders, and follow-ups with contractors and vendors
- Manage owner/resident inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Assist with budgeting, invoice processing, and tracking accounts payable/receivable
- Maintain accurate property records, files, and documentation
- Coordinate annual meetings, board meetings, and site inspections
- Assist with chargebacks, service contracts,



and project coordination
- Ensure compliance with company policies and condominium regulations
- Support day-to-day office operations and administrative functions

Qualifications & Requirements

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in property administration or condominium management
- Strong understanding of residential condominium/property management operations
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with property management software is considered an asset
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Professional, detail-oriented, and customer-service focused

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
