- Assist passengers with check-in, boarding, and baggage claim
- Provide information on flight schedules, gate information, and airport services
- Monitor security protocols to ensure safety and efficiency
- Help with luggage handling and transportation
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of airport facilities
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Previous experience in airport or hospitality services is a plus
