Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming, friendly store environment
- Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and recommend appropriate cannabis products
- Educate customers on cannabis products including flower, pre-rolls, vapes, concentrates, and edibles
- Maintain strong product knowledge and stay up to date on new product releases
- Accurately process transactions using the point-of-sale system
- Maintain store cleanliness, merchandising standards, and inventory organization
- Follow all AGCO and provincial cannabis regulations
- Support the team in maintaining a positive and energetic workplace culture
What We’re Looking For
- A genuine passion for cannabis and the cannabis industry
- Highly social and outgoing personality — must enjoy interacting with people all day
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport quickly with customers
- Sales experience in retail or hospitality is considered a strong asset
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment
Requirements :
- Must be 19 years of age or older :
- CannSell certification is not required for the interview but will be required before employment begins :
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check :
- Valid driver’s license and ability to drive is strongly preferred
