- Answering reservation calls and inquiries regarding the hotel
- Issues correct keys to registered guests
- Other responsibilities as assigned
- Knowledge of Visual Matrix - preferred
- Customer service skill - must 1 year(s) experience
- Shifts will include evenings, weekends, overnight, and holidays.

This position is full-time or part-time, contract with a possibility for extension.

Hours will vary depending on occupancy. Applicants should have open full-time or part time availability as the operation runs 24 hours and as such so does the coverage. Hours from 32-40 hours a week.
