Overview

Duties

- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
- Assist customers with account management, billing issues, and technical support
- Conduct data entry to update customer records efficiently and accurately
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to enhance customer satisfaction and company revenue
- Utilize analysis skills to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to ensure positive interactions
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and improve service processes

Requirements :

- Proven experience in customer service, sales, or related roles preferred
- Strong communication
- Proficiency in data entry and analysis tools is a plus




- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable for serving diverse customer bases
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work collaboratively within a team

Job Types : Full time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
