Overview
Responsibilities
- Provide warm, professional customer service to guests and passengers;
- Work outdoors in variable weather while performing ramp and ground support tasks.
- Guiding passengers safely to and from aircraft
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workspace
- Managing supplies and supporting ground crew workflow
Qualifications
- Prior experience in customer service is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with diverse groups of people.
- Excellent organizational skills and time management capabilities.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
