Job Summary Irrigation Technician - Build a New Crew

$30-$40/hr + Overtime + Performance Bonus

Boss & Hoss Irrigation is building a new field team for the 2026 season and is looking for driven individuals who take pride in doing the job right.

This role is for someone who can think, troubleshoot, and operate independently not someone who needs constant direction.

Responsibilities :

- Spring startups and full system evaluations
- Diagnose electrical and hydraulic issues
- Repair heads, valves, wiring, and leaks
- Residential and commercial installations
- Operate equipment (trencher, skid steer, mini excavator, vibratory plow)
- Maintain clean,



organized job sites
- Represent the company professionally with customers

What We’re Looking For :

- 3+ years irrigation experience preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude (construction experience considered)
- Robust troubleshooting ability
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable, punctual, detail-oriented
