Pony Tree Service is looking for a reliable and motivated Ground Crew Leader to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with tree service experience who enjoys working outdoors and leading a small crew on job sites.

Responsibilities :

- Lead and support the ground crew during tree removal and pruning projects
- Operate chainsaws, chippers, and other tree service equipment safely
- Ensure job sites are organized, efficient, and secure
- Communicate with climbers and crew members to coordinate work
- Assist with debris cleanup, rigging, and material handling
- Maintain equipment and follow company safety procedures

Requirements :

- Minimum 6 months of experience in tree service or arborist work :

- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions

- Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding work

- English communication is required :

- Mandarin or Cantonese is an asset

Preferred Qualifications





- Experience leading or supervising a small crew
- Valid driver’s license
- Familiar with tree service safety standards
