Job Summary

The Cashier handles the cash register and provides high-level customer service to every guest, following the Mailo’s service model.

Duties

- Welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist customers with in-store and take-away orders.
- Take and enter orders accurately into the POS system.
- Process payments and issue receipts.
- Hand over customer orders.
- Identify customer needs and suggest suitable products.
- Build rapport with customers and help create a positive experience.
- Maintain professionalism during busy periods.

Requirements :

- At least 1 year of customer service experience in a related field.
- Robust command of English, spoken and written.
- Comfortable using a POS/cash register system.
- Friendly, polite, and customer-focused.
- Good communication skills.
- Able to work quickly and accurately during peak hours.

Pay: $17.20-$19.00 per hour
