- Greet customers and provide friendly service
- Take food orders in person and over the phone
- Process payments using the POS system
- Pack and hand over takeout orders accurately
- Maintain cleanliness of the front counter area
Requirements :
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to handle customer support interactions professionally and courteously
- No experience required; previous restaurant or cashier experience is an asset
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
