Overview

Responsibilities

- Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and quality standards
- Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for order processing and cashiering duties
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash handling and basic math calculations
- Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items when appropriate
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety regulations and proper sanitation procedures
- Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during busy periods
- Assist with food safety practices such as proper food handling, storage, and sanitation protocols
- Support team members in maintaining a welcoming environment for guests
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of the restaurant operations by supporting various tasks as needed

Skills

- Experience in food preparation and food service environments preferred




- Strong time management skills to handle high-volume periods effectively
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and skilled demeanor
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience in cashiering or serving roles is a plus
- Kitchen experience or background in the food industry is advantageous

Pay: From $16.50 per hour
