Haidilao is a globally recognized restaurant brand known for exceptional service and quality. We are expanding our Malatang concept in a fast-paced food court environment, bringing the same high standards into a quick-service format.

We are looking for friendly, reliable, and efficient team members to join our front counter team.

Responsibilities

- Greet customers and take orders at the counter
- Explain menu items and assist customers with their choices
- Handle payments (cash, debit, credit)
- Process take-out and delivery orders (Uber Eats, DoorDash, etc.)
- Ensure order accuracy and coordinate smoothly with the kitchen
- Prepare straightforward beverages (e.g., soft drinks, specialty drinks, etc.)
- Assist kitchen with basic food preparation (cutting, portioning, organizing ingredients)
- Support kitchen cleaning and maintain overall cleanliness and hygiene
- Keep front counter and work areas clean, organized, and efficient
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service

Requirements :

- Previous cashier or customer service experience preferred
- English and Mandarin communication required




- Cantonese are assets
- Friendly, patient, and good communication skills
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and team-oriented
- Flexible availability (evenings and weekends preferred)

Job Types : Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual

Pay: $17.85-$21.98 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40.0 per week
