Job Summary

Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assist with their purchases in a friendly manner
- Operate POS systems accurately for cash, credit, and digital payments
- Handle cash handling responsibilities with precision and integrity
- Upsell products and promote store promotions to enhance sales opportunities
- Conduct product demos and provide technical information when applicable
- Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure product availability
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Manage time effectively to ensure smooth checkout processes during busy periods
- Uphold phone etiquette when assisting customers via phone or online inquiries
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment as needed

Experience





- Prior experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service preferred
- Knowledge of POS systems and cash handling procedures required
- Experience with merchandising, upselling, or product demos is a plus
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities (especially English) are highly desirable for serving diverse customers
- Strong communication skills, organizational skills, and time management are essential
- Ability to work efficiently in a team environment while maintaining attention to detail

Pay: $32.85-$34.69 per hour
