Job Overview

Duties

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and other drinks according to company standards.
- Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for order processing and cash handling.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper cash register operation.
- Assist customers with menu selections, answer questions about products, and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, including food handling and food safety practices.
- Ensure adherence to food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures.
- Restock supplies as needed and assist with food preparation when necessary.
- Manage time effectively to serve customers promptly during busy periods.

Requirements :

- Previous experience as a Barista or in the food industry is preferred but not required; training will be provided.




- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and skilled demeanor.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems , especially Micros POS , is advantageous.
- Ability to perform food handling safely and follow food safety guidelines.
- Good time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and managing transactions accurately.
- Experience with serving , food preparation , and cashiering is desirable.

Pay: $33.00-$35.31 per hour
