Job summary

Responsibilities include :

- Greeting, assisting and/or directing clients and visitors
- Receiving and directing client telephone calls and answering general inquiries in an expedient and professional manner
- Handling incoming and outgoing courier packages, completing online courier waybills and ensuring adequate disbursement tracking
- Recording and distributing incoming correspondence and mail
- Maintaining bookings and visitor log, arranging catering and setting up boardrooms for meetings/luncheons




- Preparing and updating telephone and staff list as well as updating the intranet
- Preparing various administrative tasks including taking payments, printing and supporting office services
- Maintaining an efficient electronic file system

Qualifications include :

- Post-secondary education from an accredited legal program preferred; a combination of relevant education and experience will also be considered
- Minimum of two years of experience
- Excellent proof reading, writing, spelling and grammar skills
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions with mínimal supervision and to thrive in fast-paced, professional team environment
- Excellent customer service skills
