We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and dedicated Receptionist & Pre-Tester to join our team Tuesday to Saturday, as one of our lovely long-term staff members prepares for retirement.

What We’re Looking For :

- A warm, welcoming personality with excellent customer service skills.
- Strong communication (electronic, verbal and written) and organizational abilities.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience with office software and phone systems is helpful.

Responsibilities Include :

- Greeting patients and handling patient check-ins and check-outs.
- Efficiently Pre-testing patients before they see the optometrist.
- Scheduling appointments and managing patient records.
- Answering phones and responding to inquiries.




- Supporting the team in various administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
