Dental Receptionist - Westside Dental

Key Responsibilities :

- Warmly greet and check in patients, ensuring a comfortable and premium waiting room experience.
- Manage the daily schedule, optimizing appointment times for the dentist and hygienists.
- Process patient payments, submit insurance claims, and handle accounts receivable/payable.
- Coordinate and present financial estimates and treatment plans to patients.
- Manage patient records securely and efficiently using Curve Dental software.
- Collaborate closely with the clinical team to ensure a smooth flow of patients throughout the day.

Qualifications & Requirements :





- Experience : Previous experience as a dental or medical receptionist is highly preferred.
- Knowledge : Familiarity with dental terminology, insurance codes, and billing processes.
- Tech-Savvy : Strong computer skills are essential. Previous experience with cloud-based practice management software, particularly Curve Dental, is a significant asset.
- Attributes : Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to remain calm and friendly in a fast-paced environment.
- Professionalism : A polished, professional demeanor that aligns with a high-end, modern healthcare practice.

Pay: $27.00-$35.00 per hour
