Part-Time Receptionist - Evenings & Saturdays Forest City Mazda

Forest City Mazda is looking for a Part-Time Receptionist to join our team during evenings (4:00pm - 8:00pm Monday to Thursday) and Saturdays (9:00am-5:00pm) at our fast-paced, customer-first dealership.

As the front-line ambassador, the Receptionist ensures every guest receives a warm welcome and that daily administrative functions run smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who is personable, reliable, and thrives in a professional, team-oriented setting.

Pay Range :

- $17.60 - 18.50 Per Hour

Key Responsibilities :

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and route incoming phone calls promptly and accurately
- Schedule appointments and maintain front desk organization
- Support general administrative tasks including filing and handling correspondence
- Coordinate basic office communications and assist with dealership events
