Posting Summary - Required Qualifications :

- Valid BC Teachers Certificate
- Qualified and experienced in specialization as noted above
- Experience in teaching Literacy Foundations, English (all levels)
- Experience in teaching English (all levels) to adult learners




- Experience in teaching classroom based courses and tutor students enrolled in self paced courses
- Experience and ability to work with students with special learning needs, and students who are new to Canada
- Knowledge of effective literacy and numeracy practices and development
- Knowledge and experience in personalized learning for all students
- Ability and willingness to work in a technologically rich learning environment
- Commitment to creating a safe and caring learning environment

Compensation :

- Salary as per Teachers' Collective Agreement. Current salary range is $59,724.00 to $110,833.00 annually plus comprehensive advantages package. - Application Process : The Current Westminster School District recognizes and acknowledges the Qayqayt First Nation, as well as all Coast Salish peoples, on whose traditional and unceded territories we live, we learn, we play and we do our work.
