Key Responsibilities: • Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks • Maintain safe and sanitary conditions in municipal buildings • Handle seasonal snow removal duties as assigned • Communicate courteously with the public and staff • Operate Microsoft applications for reporting and tracking

Requirements: • Grade 12 Diploma required • One year of related experience preferred • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds • Current First Aid CPR certificate (or ability to obtain) • Valid G driver’s license and background checks required
