Responsibilities

- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with curriculum standards
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
- Support students’ social, emotional, and academic growth through personalized attention
- Conduct tutoring sessions to reinforce learning concepts and assist students with their individual needs
- Prepare educational materials and activities to promote active learning
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to parents and guardians
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching strategies and curriculum development
- Maintain classroom organization and ensure adherence to safety protocols
- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with early childhood education best practices

Skills





- Proven experience in tutoring and teaching young children
- Robust ability to work effectively with children of diverse backgrounds
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Creative approach to lesson planning and classroom activities
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
- Ability to cook simple nutritious snacks or meals for children (nice-to-have)
- Previous classroom experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for working with children is essential
- Patience, adaptability, and a genuine passion for fostering children's growth and learning

Job Type : Part-time

Pay: $25.00-$40.00 per hour
