Responsibilities :

- Prepare ingredients for menu items following standard recipes
- Cook and plate dishes according to restaurant standards
- Assist with the setup and cleanup of the kitchen
- Ensure food safety guidelines are strictly followed
- Collaborate with kitchen team members to maintain a smooth workflow

Requirements :

- Proven experience as a Line Cook or relevant position in a restaurant setting
- Knowledge of food handling and sanitation procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Robust communication skills to work effectively with the kitchen team
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to close and work past midnight some nights

Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
