We are currently looking for a COOKS to join our dynamic team at at FIVE SAILS RESTAURANT, located in the Pan Pacific Hotel.



Our team delivers Vancouver’s only Four Diamond dining experience in a charming and relaxed atmosphere. Where the city meets the harbor, and the land meets the sea.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS :

- Experience as a line cook is an asset
- Grilling, frying, sautéing, chopping, etc.
- MUST have 5 years experience
- FOODSAFE certification is an asset, but willing to train
- Strong knife skills and workable knowledge of kitchen equipment
- Solid understanding of standard measurements and portions
- Energetic with a passion for food and a positive outlook
- Able to follow oral and written instructions -Likes to work as part of a team
- Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight
- Ability to stand for long periods of time

TO WORK FOR US :You MUST have valid proof of Social Insurance Number and be legal to work in Canada with proof as a Canadian Citizen, Permanent Residence or Valid Work Permit.

Pay: $23.00 per hour
