Eclipse Automation is seeking an Industrial Electrician for on-site work in Cambridge, ON. Bring your expertise in electrical installations and troubleshooting to enhance automated manufacturing solutions.
This full-time role involves collaborating closely with the Electrical Shop Manager to uphold project goals within budget constraints. You will be crucial in reading and interpreting schematics and codes, installing electrical wiring, testing equipment, and troubleshooting control systems while ensuring compliance with the Electrical Safety Code.
Key Responsibilities: • Read and interpret drawings, blueprints,
and electrical codes • Install and repair electrical wiring and components • Test electrical equipment for continuity and performance • Troubleshoot and maintain industrial control systems • Wire control panels per Electrical drawings
Requirements: • Certificate of Qualification as a 442A or 309A Electrician • High School diploma or GED required • 5+ years' experience in custom automation (preferred) • Valid Driver’s License and Passport required • Previous SolidWorks experience is an asset
