Job Summary

Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of shop personnel to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Assign tasks, monitor work progress, and provide guidance to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Prepare work orders, estimate costs, and communicate timelines effectively.
- Coordinate with technicians to prioritize repairs and ensure timely completion of services.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and work areas to uphold safety standards and identify maintenance needs.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of dealership services, promotions, and warranty policies.
- Troubleshoot technical issues on machinery and assist in resolving operational challenges promptly.
- Maintain detailed records of production activities, inventory levels, and financial transactions.

Qualifications





- Prior experience in a dealership or automotive service environment is preferred.
- Mechanical knowledge or mechanic experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interactions within the service department.
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a rapid-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A proactive attitude with a commitment to providing exceptional service standards.
