Duties

- Greet customers promptly and professionally upon arrival
- Listen carefully to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues
- Explain recommended services and repairs in clear, understandable terms
- Provide estimates for repairs and maintenance, ensuring transparency
- Coordinate with technicians to prioritize and schedule repairs
- Upsell additional services or products that benefit the customer’s vehicle health
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
- Maintain detailed records of all service transactions and customer interactions
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized service department environment

Experience

- Previous dealership experience is highly preferred




- Mechanic experience or mechanical knowledge is a solid plus, enabling better communication with technicians and customers
- Proven experience in customer service roles with excellent interpersonal skills
- Sales experience, particularly in upselling automotive services or products, is desirable
- Familiarity with automotive repair processes and terminology enhances effectiveness in this role
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly

Pay: $42,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
