Valard Construction is seeking Powerline Technician Apprentices to join their Saskatchewan Distribution group in Battleford or North Battleford. These positions support a multi-year service agreement and offer the opportunity to work on overhead and underground electric distribution systems. Ideal candidates are enrolled or eligible to enroll as PLT Apprentices and are eager to gain hands-on experience while working towards their Journeyperson certification.

What You’ll Need
- Enrolled,



or eligible to enroll, as a Powerline Technician (PLT) Apprentice with the Saskatchewan Apprenticeship and Trade Certification Commission
- Valid Driver’s License and ability to provide a clean Drivers Abstract
- Knowledge of trade safety practices, procedures and safety requirements
- Experience supporting Distribution networks between 14.4kV - 25kV
- Reside locally within Saskatchewan or be willing to relocate on your own

What Will Make You Stand Out
- Previous experience supporting SaskPower infrastructure
- Class 1A Driver’s Licence
- Level One, Two, Three or Four Powerline Technician (PLT) Apprentice
