The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in residential maintenance, solid troubleshooting skills, and excellent communication abilities. Key Responsibilities:
• Complete maintenance work orders timely and professionally • Respond to resident service requests within 24 hours • Perform preventative maintenance tasks consistently • Conduct repairs on occupied and vacant units • Maintain property cleanliness and curb appeal
Requirements: • High School Diploma or equivalent • Minimum 2 years of residential or property maintenance experience • Valid Ontario Class G Driver’s License • Effective communication and customer service skills • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
